Assistance for Social Networking and Activities (ASNA) is a non- govt., non- profit, non-political, woman heeded, voluntary & social welfare organization working in Bangladesh. It was established in the year of 1994 by a group of Social worker for help the poor and underprivileged section for changing their overall socio-economic status. ASNA a non-government organization has working in Pabna district of Bangladesh since its inception. ASNA has been continuing its efforts to improve the overall socio-economics status of the distressed and neglected women of the society. Half of the total population of the country are women. Their labor and participation towards contribution for national development from family level including health, education etc. in the society. If environment of opportunities is created for their development, the women will also be able to develop their potentiality for their dignified livelihood and availability of legal rights. ASNA believes that the women will be able to take responsibility by themselves for their overall development. For the above stated situation ASNA is extending its hands to assist them only. Their overall participation in planning implementation and decision-making is ensured in all development processes. Aiming of it, ASNA is continuing its efforts through small savings groups for the overall development of the backwards distressed vulnerable women of the society. Mentionable here is that National women. Hence all the activities of ASNA are women adolescent youth and child development related.  It has a strong Management committee. A skilled and Trained staff team performing in the field activities of ASNA. 

To promote skill, capacity, human values and consciousness level of the poor and destitute target people, especially the woman, Youth and the children, and to ensure environment friendly and sustainable development for them.  

ASNA is a voluntary development organization working for poverty alleviation and sustainable social development. The organization is involved in raising awareness, capacity building and infrastructure development of local government, climate change and disaster risk reduction, transfer of modern agriculture technology, education and training, gender equality and women empowerment, maternity child health and nutrition, improving livelihoods, and organizational capacity building through integrated approaches. 

The down to earth management committee, dynamic leadership, skilled and committed person power are contributing to institutional capacity building and community need-based development. The continuous practice of learning-sharing culture and values helps effective program implementation, determining future strategies combating with local and global challenges.
